Chuck Walsh, Senior Project Manager/Delivery Executive

Chuck Walsh has over 25 years of successful experience in project/program management, change management, operations management, multi-product management and systems development - including many complete lifecycles.  He is especially successful with introducing new technologies and managing high risk projects and operations.  Chuck is noted for preparing the technological environment as well the user staff for change within an organization.  His focus is always on the transition (continuity, efficiency and effectiveness of operations), so that projects are uniformly successful and processes are sustainable. 

Chuck holds an MA in Physics as well as an MAS/MBA from John Hopkins University.
