Intervise Awarded Prime EPA Contract

Intervise Consultants, Inc., of Rockville, Maryland, announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Terminology and Metadata Support Services.   This contract will provide EPA with access to a range of terminology and metadata management development expertise, as well as familiarity with federal and international terminology/metadata development and management activities related to environmental protection.

Specifically, Intervise will utilize Semantic Web technology to help EPA transform the foundation of enterprise software, provide new business capabilities and reduce IT spending particularly in the areas of data integration, master data management, and enterprise information management.  Additionally, Intervise will facilitate Semantic Web support to provide systems and solutions support, search support and technical training.
